The Jame'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque is the largest mosque in Brunei, completed in 1994 to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah's reign. Known locally as the Kiarong Mosque, it features 29 golden domes symbolizing the 29th Sultan. The lavish interior includes escalators, extensive air conditioning, and can accommodate up to 5,000 worshippers.
