Glastonbury Tor is a distinctive hill in Somerset, England, crowned by the ruins of St. Michael's Tower. It is one of the most spiritually charged sites in Britain, associated with Arthurian legend (some believe it is the Isle of Avalon), Celtic mythology, early Christianity (Joseph of Arimathea is said to have visited), and modern paganism.
